The site has a really clean look, and it was easy to just click around and see what they had. A lot of the clothes feel like my style too, which is nice because sometimes you have to dig forever to find anything... but here it felt natural

I had to swap a dress for a different size and overall it was straightforward. The only thing was the response took a couple days, so I was kind of waiting around like... okay, hopefully this is moving along. But I did get the new one in the end, and it all worked out, so not really a big deal

I ordered a couple of things and, uh, the price felt fair for what I got. The quality is decent for the money. Shipping could’ve been a little faster, but overall I’m happy with it

I ordered from janeandjo.com for the first time and overall I was happy with what I got. The quality was better than I expected for the price, and it didn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel some online orders can have.

The fabric and finish looked nice, and the sizing/details were close to what was shown in the photos, which I appreciated. That said, I did notice a couple of tiny things that weren’t perfect, but nothing major enough to make me regret buying it.
I’ve been using it for a little while now and it’s still holding up well. I’d probably order again if I saw something I really liked, though I’d still check the photos and details carefully before buying.

The delivery ended up being late, and I didn’t really get clear updates along the way. I kept checking and just kind of waiting, not knowing if it was delayed or what... It finally showed up, but the whole shipping part was frustrating.

I had a small issue with my order and, on a whim, messaged janeandjo.com thinking I probably wouldn’t hear back anytime soon. But they replied the same day, which made me go, “Oh wow, okay!” They were really nice about it and fixed everything without making it a whole complicated thing. It actually felt like I was talking to a real person instead of getting some copy-paste response. I’d definitely order from them again.
